Welcome to Fallingwater Construction and Design's 24 Hour Budget Assistance Tool! Using this tool, you should be able to work up a fairly accurate rough budget for your custom home or remodeling project. As we talk about elsewhere in our site, establishing the intial budget for your project is the most important step in making sure it stays on track financially. This tool will help you with that oh-so-important first step. Let’s get started!

Tips

Steps 1 – 3, the square footage questions, are required. If you don’t know the answer to some of the questions below or haven’t decided yet, just make your best guess, or choose the “average” option. If you have any exterior decks, balconies, stairways, or garages to be worked on, please enter those in step 4.

Once you’re done filling out the form, the following will happen:

• Your responses will be submitted to us via email, and we will use the information to generate a budget range for you.
• We will send you the information within one business day. We can call you with the information, email it to you, send it via USPS, or we can schedule a meeting to discuss what we came up with.
• After we give you your initial budget number, we will call you ONE TIME to follow up. After that ONE CALL, we WILL NOT contact you again or further solicit unless you would like us to, meaning this truly is a “no hassle” 24 hour estimate. Your phone number and contact info WILL NOT be shared with anyone, EVER.
